Refund Policy

At Greer Elizabeth Interiors, we take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized interior design services and products. Due to the custom nature of our work, all design services, fees, and product purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed and/or work has commenced.

However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, we will work directly with the vendor to resolve the issue and, when possible, arrange for a replacement or store credit in accordance with the vendor’s return policies. Any return or exchange of goods is subject to the policies of the supplier or manufacturer.
